Developing A Psychological Health And Safety Framework

Masterclass #2 - 1pm-4pm (IN-PERSON)

Synopsis:

Over the past years, FlourishDx has been refining their approach to integrating sustainable approaches to psychological health and safety. They have done so through working with top-tier companies across a wide variety of industries, and investing in continuous learning and improvement.

This workshop is a product of these learnings and experiences, providing a contemporary framework on embedding sustainable and effective practices for psychological health and safety within organisations. By having a framework to guide decision-making in this area, organisations may more effectively protect workers from harm, demonstrate alignment to regulatory expectations and promote a continuous improvement approach to psychological health and safety.

This half-day masterclass will support you and your organisation in developing such a framework. It will cover topics such as:

  • Identifying critical elements of an effective framework for psychological health and safety.
  • Developing an approach to psychosocial risk management that is resource efficient, evidence-informed, sustainable and aligned with regulatory expectations.
  • Identifying barriers to embedding a framework, and formulating strategies to overcome these barriers.
Understanding how to operationalise a risk-based approach to psychological health and safety.
  • How to effectively utilise available resources, relationships and common practices as a starting point for embedding the framework.

Participants will leave the session with clear guidance on next steps and a plan to begin advancing practices within their own organisation. Facilitators will share examples from their own practice working with large organisations to inform discussions and provide additional inspiration to participants.
