Helena Koczka

Helena is an Organisational Psychologist with a passion for helping organisations create psychologically safe and healthy workplaces where people can thrive.

She is currently a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead for the Westpac Group, supporting the national branch network and virtual services. Prior to joining the Westpac Group, Helena consulted to organisations nation-wide across many industries including financial services, education, telecommunications as well as aged care and disability.

Her specialties include psychosocial risk management, mental health strategy development and implementation as well as the design and delivery of specialist training programs.
