Kate Connors

Kate is well known in the Australian workplace mental health sector, having previously been the Chief Mental Health Officer at PwC Australia and chief executive officer of a national employee assistance services provider. During her 8-year tenure as an internal psychologist at PwC, she supported hundreds of professional services partners manage their wellbeing, from critical moments of mental health risk, through to boosting individual wellbeing & team performance via 1:1 coaching and team interventions. Kate currently provides executive coaching and wellbeing support across the legal and professional services sector in her role as Chief Mental Health Advisor and Executive Coach at Elemental Coaching & Psychology. She is also a Board Director at the Emergency Services Foundation (ESF) and chairs ESF’s Mental Health Advisory Group.
