Overview

Wellness Designs was founded in 2008 to address the need for effective employee wellness strategies in Australasian workplaces.

Their Founder, Katrina Johnston, brings over 28 years of experience in developing multi award-winning human capital solutions globally. Her journey into workforce wellness began after working ‘downstream’ in cardiovascular rehabilitation, where she witnessed the impact of work on health. This experience fuelled her passion to prevent these conditions at one of its most common sources—the workplace.
