What is Good Work? – Introducing Dr Kat Page

Description

To open the conference, Jason van Schie will briefly interview conference chair Dr Kat Page about her new book, Good Work: Transform your work from the inside out. The conversation will explore why burnout and disengagement are driven by outdated systems of work  not individual weakness  and what it means to redesign work in ways that protect, fuel and connect people. This short session sets the tone for the conference’s focus on systems, culture and sustainable change.
