Senior Manager Strategic Wellbeing
Liam has worked in corporate health and wellbeing for almost 20 years, across a range of organisations and industries. For the past eight years he has been at Air New Zealand where he is currently the Senior Manager of Strategic Wellbeing.
His work at Air NZ includes developing a Mental Health and Wellbeing strategy, working with a diverse range of leaders across the company to understand their important role of health and wellbeing leadership, and building a Peer Support network of trained volunteers who are identified as trusted contacts that employees can reach out to for support and advice. More recently his focus has shifted to psychosocial risk and helping to make Air NZ “one of the worlds most mentally
