With more than a decade of experience in the field, Jess has established herself as a leading figure in health and safety, occupational rehabilitation and injury prevention. Her career trajectory, beginning as a sport scientist and transitioning into clinical exercise physiology, has equipped her with a unique blend of expertise in health promotion and injury prevention.

Specialising in occupational rehabilitation, ergonomics, and the design of health risk reduction programs, Jess has made significant contributions to the field. Her expertise extends across various industries, including emergency services, public sector, healthcare, construction, transport and manufacturing.

Currently, Jess holds the position of Group Health and Wellbeing Manager at the SunRice Group, a global leader in the rice food industry. In this role, she
