With more than two decades of experience in workplace health, safety and wellbeing, Megan has held senior roles across leading organisations including NSW Ambulance, Optus, AGL, and specialist consultancy firms. Her career spans frontline services, corporate environments, and government, bringing a depth of experience in designing practical, evidence‑based wellbeing strategies that deliver measurable impact.

At InvoCare, Megan has led the development and implementation of initiatives such as peer support networks, employee assistance programs, and structured wellbeing frameworks designed to strengthen psychological safety and provide early intervention and recovery support.

Known for her collaborative and pragmatic style, Megan works closely with executives, HR teams, and operational leaders to embed wellbeing into core business strategy, ensuring initiatives are not only compliant, but meaningful, measurable, and enduring.
