Heather Ikin

Heather is a Registered Organisational Psychologist with 15+ years’ experience specialising in employee mental health and wellbeing and organisational development. She has worked with a diverse range of organisations across the public, private and not-for profit sectors. Heather also works in private counselling practice one day a week, with a focus on work stress, burnout, and psychological injury.

Heather has made extensive contributions to the field of organisational psychology in Australia, with a focus on advancing the application of organisational psychology to mental health at work. She served as a past Chair of the APS College of Organisational Psychologists, has contributed to numerous responses to consultation processes and sat on advisory committees, and regularly delivers professional development for psychologists and HR professionals.
