Amy Salmon is a Registered Psychologist and is the Principal Psychological Health and Safety Specialist at WorkSafe Victoria. Her team of Senior Psychological Health and Safety Specialists focus on prevention of psychological injury in Victorian workplaces. They provide specialist advice into the development of statutory guidance and legislation, as well as education, compliance and enforcement activities.
Amy has extensive experience consulting to organisations to identify risks to psychological health and safety and to develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. Amy has experience in the development and delivery of training programs and leadership coaching within both the public and private sector, and is passionate about creating psychologically safe and healthy workplaces.
