Jo Bartley is the Head of Prevention and Education at iCare, where she leads teams delivering prevention programs, education and risk advisory services to employers across the NSW public and private sectors.

For the past two decades, Jo has worked across psychology, safety and risk management in Australia and internationally. Known for her passion for prevention and her practical approach, she helps organisations strengthen safety culture, manage psychosocial and physical workplace risks, and support leaders to take a more proactive approach to preventing workplace harm.
