Dr. Maria Mazaheri

Dr Maria Mazaheri is a specialist in Occupational Medicine with more than 20 years of experience in different areas of occupational medicine, and most recently health management.

She joined Aurizon, Australia’s largest rail freight operator, about 8 years ago as the Chief Medical Officer, managing all health and wellbeing related activities, including but not limited to health assessments, injury management, health surveillance, drug and alcohol management, and mental health initiatives.
