Dr. Alicia Papas

Alicia is a registered Clinical Psychologist, with a Doctorate in the field. She has a diverse skill set, having worked in various settings including research, clinical and organisational. Alicia has subject matter expertise in workplace mental health at the systems level, gained from working in academia as well as specialised consulting. Alicia is thought leader and a change agent – she is passionate about helping organisations work toward creating and maintaining work environments that are psychologically healthy and safe for all, and empowering individuals to optimise their wellbeing.
