Jenny Griffiths

Jenny is Group Manager, HSW Implementation at the Westpac Group and is responsible for leading the Health, Safety and Wellbeing prevention programs and frameworks globally across 40 000 employees and over 1000 sites. Jenny started her career as an Occupational Therapist and with over 20 years’ experience in health, safety and wellbeing, has a passion for creating practical scalable solutions across a complex, diverse workforce. With Westpac’s HSW strategy focussed very much on the workplace factors influencing wellbeing, Jenny’s currently working closely with Westpac’s Chief Mental Health Officer to deliver practical solutions under our mental health strategy including psychosocial risk management.
