Dr. Kathryn Page

Kathryn is a senior organisational psychologist and pracademic with a passion for creating environments that foster wellbeing and performance. Alongside her full time role at NAB as Head of Talent, Kat is an honorary fellow in the School of Psychology at Deakin University in Australia, a Global Advisor on Men’s Mental Health for Movember and an active writer and researcher on well-being, stress and mental health.

Kat has globally recognised expertise in leadership and culture-based approaches to wellbeing and workplace mental health. She was a central author on the most widely accepted model of workplace mental health, known as the Integrated approach to workplace mental health. Since leaving full time academia, she has worked in talent and leadership advisory, including senior consulting roles at Deloitte (in Australia and the UK), consulting across the UK and Europe in this space and more recently, as Head of Talent and Careers at one of Australia’s Big Four banks.
