A passionate and accomplished Organisational Psychologist, Liz has helped many organisations achieve their strategic goals by improving the culture, performance and wellbeing of their employees. She is an endorsed Organisational Psychologist, Chair for the NSW, APS College of Organisational Psychologists and long term member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Liz has a breadth of local and international experience delivering culture transformation, leadership development, and workplace mental health projects across many industries.

Highlights include:
– working with some of the world’s best automative engineers in the workshops of Jaguar Land Rover, UK on a global culture transformation project;
– travelling across remote areas of NSW/ ACT to support kind, committed aged care workers transform their model of care;
– conducting a root cause analysis with an educational institute to identify psychosocial hazards and present a roadmap for change.

Liz has now proudly taken on the role of Head of Organisational Development and Learning for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD). This includes accountability for a broad portfolio of work in a complex and rewarding environment.
