Bio

Megan Clark is a seasoned people executive with a wealth of experience in driving innovative and strategic initiatives. Her leadership is underscored in applied science (Physiotherapist) and a risk and evidence-informed approach. Throughout her career, she has delivered an array of impactful programs focused on employee wellbeing, safety, and overall enhancement of the employee/customer experience. Her expertise extends to stakeholder engagement, where she has successfully collaborated with unions and regulatory bodies to institute positive change, enhancing workplace relations and fostering trust.

Her accomplishments also include co-designing innovative strategies to support people on long-term benefits, resulting in noteworthy financial savings and performance outcomes. But through it all, Megan has been dedicated to wellbeing, with life experiences that recognises we all have “stuff”. For the past 2.5 years Megan has been the Associate Director Wellbeing Health and Safety for the University of Newcastle where she hopes to engage staff and students in a safe and support environment.
